The Ski Apartments

The ski apartments represent a new generation of luxury residences, respecting the natural beauty of the site and built using sustainable development procedures.

The luxury Avoriaz apartments are south-facing, with magnificent views of the Morzine valley. They boast large balconies, ski-in-ski-out facility as well as private underground car-park – a unique feature in Avoriaz.

Location

The ski apartments are located at the heart of Portes du Soleil, a boundless ski area with 650km of slopes; 288 waymarked runs; 209 ski lifts; 557 snow guns; 3 Snowcross courses, and 49 high-altitude restaurants. The area is linking 14 French and Swiss resorts.

Avoriaz is the closest ski resort to Geneva, and is completely south-facing, allowing unrivalled sunset views over the Morzine valley.

The new MGM Amara district is located on the edge of the resort, close to La Falaise district

Amenities

The centre piece of the resort is The Aquariaz, a 3,000m² tropical water fun area. Aquariaz will have all the popular features: Wild white water river, Jacuzzis, water tree, aquatic games, wave pool and slides at a constant temperature of 28ºC. In the summer, it will open up and provide outdoor beaches.

Avoriaz MGM Amara will boast a 400m² Spa making it one of the largest in the Northern Alps. The Spa will include a Wellness centre with massages, wraps, hydrojets and body modelling massages. There will be a Hammam, sauna, Jacuzzis and fitness area along with a huge heated swimming pool and a Crèche. The deposits are held with the notary who is a government figure appointed to oversee the buying process
