There are only 9 south-facing luxury chalets available for sale, featuring 69-139m² of living space with 3 or 5 bedrooms. The Les Gets chalets boast stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the slopes and come with private balconies of 14-34m².
The luxury ski chalets are built of traditional materials and finished to a high specification with exteriors of of Douglas Fir wood, stonework and traditional plaster and the wooden roofs add alpine authenticity not often found on new ski chalets.
The kitchens and bathrooms are fully fitted and equipped and the carpeted floor will warm the bedrooms and tiled floors will make your life easy in the living areas. Each chalet has a log burner and a fireplace can be put in on demand at an additional cost.
Each luxury ski chalet home comes with its own underground parking space and cave and furniture packages are available at extra cost.
If the ski chalet is rented out, there is a possibility to reclaim VAT and there is also a possibility of full property management operated by an established management company who has been successfully managing luxury chalets since 1999.
The ski chalets in Les Gets are scheduled for completion in time for Christmas 2012.

Les Gets enjoys a privileged position at the heart of the Portes du Soleil with Lake Geneva on one side and Mont Blanc on the other. The Portes du Soleil, with more than 650 km of pistes, is one of the largest ski areas in the world, spanning 12 resorts in France and Switzerland.
Les Gets is a charming village with traditional Alpine architecture.
Apart from skiing, there is much to do. Sledging, dog-sledging, para-skiing, snow-biking, mogul skiing (freestyle skiing), snowboarding, snow-shoeing, ice-skating, swimming, climbing and ice-driving.
During summer, the slopes become havens for mountain bikers and hikers. Les Gets has hosted the mountain biking downhill world championships and attracts dedicated mountain bikers from all over the world. There is 650 kilometres of planned trails, all marked and graded, and served by lifts.
There is much more though than just world-class mountain biking. It is a regular on the Tour de France route, there is an 18-hole golf course with spectacular backdrops, there's white water rafting, climbing, hiking, horse riding and much more.
Les Gets is located 60 minutes from Geneva, 90 minutes from Chambery and 110 minutes from Lyon.
