All Con Dao villas are entirely built of Indochinese Hardwood from managed forest and Con Dao granite stones. Location
Con Son Island, which hosts Six Senses Private Residences Con Dao, is around 230 kilometres, or 145 miles, from Ho Chi Minh City and is served by Co Ong Airport. It can be reached by the resort's private airplane, 45 minutes from Ho Chi Minh City. The site is an amazing setting; the beach, a one kilometre long strip of white sand with its dunes and turquoise sea, is surrounded by dark rocks.
Con Son is also a national park offering pristine beaches and breathtaking natural surroundings. Considered one of the best diving spots in Vietnam with over 1,000 hectares of unspoilt coral reefs, Con Dao is truly a gem and is included in the list of "Areas of highest regional priority" in the World Bank Global System of Marina Protected Areas.

The Restaurant is located close to the beach, perched on top of the sand dunes between the ocean and the river. The large decking area provides calming views across the river to the surrounding islands and offers a variety of vistas and seating experiences ranging from daybeds and sofas to dining tables. The innovative Fishery allows guests to view the entire preparation process of the local seafood served in the restaurant
Other dining options include the Vietnamese coffee shop, furnished with traditional low-sitting chairs and tables, and the Deli where guests have the option to grab a delicious bite to go. The wine cellar, Chefs Table and the secluded cocoon-designed dining room situated next to the beach provide additional unique dining experiences.

Villa owners will be able to enter their Villa into the rental pool of the resort allowing the property to earn an income when not in residence. The average price per Villa is projected to be US$1,000/night and the success of the other Six Senses properties already operating in Vietnam means that the anticipated occupancy rate from its debut, which is scheduled for second half of 2010, should be high.
